Today had this training at Boon Lay to prepare us for, our 1st time in History, NCDCC day!
Thanks ah, my Saturdays have now been burned!
and it will be lasting till May, every Sat...
oh man... =/

Its was fun yet tiring.
We had long bus ride from BDS to Boon Lay, vice versa.
Comfy and cozy ~

After training,
Changed and went to the canal near BDS to practice 2.4km with YL and YT.
Here's the results,

YunTong- 8min +
Me - 9min +
YongLin - 11min +

Woah, i was practically dripping with sweat okay!
and gasping for my life too ~
I didnt stop once okay! :D

Im happy, yes, very satisfied (:
